Implementation research to 2035

What If Research

Research that begins from clearly labelled design premises and investigates what responsible implementation would require.

Evidence and premises remain separate. A What If proposition is not an observed fact. Designed success is neither proof nor a forecast, and the alternative pathways carry no assigned probabilities.
